Default Part Crawler, Part Basher

I just got me an e-maxx and I want to do a little crawling with it and a lot of just all out bashing with it. I think that in its current form its too fast for both! I was thinking maybe a pair of 30-35T motors to replace the stock 23T units along with some 8.4V batteries to replace the 7.2 1500maH that I have now and last all of 5-10 minutes per run.

Im just looking to see if I am on the right track with this, I love this thing in stock form, but some higher turn motors and a little longer run time I think will really make it an ideal truck for me.

Thanks for any advice!

Wes

Wes, two Batts for bashing and there is a way to change the input wiring of the EVX ESC to use only one battery, for crawling. The directions are on here somewhere.

that is a wonderfull idea but use 27 turns and dont do the single batt conversion its pointless unless u only doing crawling were u dont need faster speeds unlike bashing u will be heavy on the throttle which will drain the batt very quickly
