Default Who else is hardcore with IFS?

Solid axle!

Who else is getting jiggy with it using IFS? Gotta love the center clearance. My buddy has a Jugg and I noticed so many pro's using the IFS. Motor torque doesn't send the body rocking back and forth, ground clearance, etc. So lets see those rigs!

build hybrid maxx axles for 4" center clearance with maxx tires. solid and 4 link is the way to go. You shouldnt flip off the king of the rocks.

Clods. Clods are for cave men!

If solid axle is king of the rocks, the king is about to be dethroned....

The first one I would call a serious crawler, and the Pie Wagon, although cool, isn't a fully IFS truck.

Im giving it my best so far. My Maxx has a t-maxx chassis with a chassis extension in the rear made by me. Im running hotbodies savage shocks on raised aluminum shock towers. Full hardcore titanium chassis skids, using 2 front skids for rear steer installation, aluminum plates inbetween the titanium. Its got proline arms with mip monster hubs, maximizer 3/4 offset beadlocks with jumbo kongs. Full cvd's including drivelines, not just axles. Robinsom 76 tooth spur with 9 tooth pinions on p2k2 pro's wired in series. Im using a M-troniks speed control wich Im rather happy with so far especially after having 4 novak esc's just flat die Ill post pics when I have the time to set up a host account. Although I would be glad to e-mail pics if someone would care to host them.

Man, I am interested in that. I was looking at my parts last night and remembered I had a complete T-MAxx chassis. WOuld like to do something with it, and makeing a crawler is what came to mind.

Here's what I have at the moment:

Hardcore .21 titanium chassis, custom skids, custom ladder bars, dual lathe motors, 16/66 gearing, Novak Rooster, RPM wide wheels, Duratrax tires, Revo center shafts, rear Dynamite CVD's, locked front diff, clay filled rear diff. I'm probably forgetting a lot, but oh well. Mods to come
