Default Water proofing Tmaxx and body question

Ok..i have some questions about a few things. What can i do to help water proof the running gear/electronics of the tmaxx? I am used to driven my friends buggies and you go thru alittle mud and the steering starts to get all messed up and twitchy. The maxx will probably see mostly mud, some water and a few rocks and such. I dont have it yet but im sure i can figure out a few things once i get to see it.

Also, where is a good place to get a varity of bodies? I want the clear ones i have to paint and cut out. I dont want a bronco or a rubi, they are cool just way to popular. Thanks guys.

go to towerhobbies.com and look up t-maxx body

for water proofing you can spray or dip the servos in Plasti Dip, you can find that stuff in almost every hardware store.
it is used to dip the ends of tools, for handles.
a coat or two maybe three on a servo will be good. if you get the dip stuff you should only need to dip it once.

to water proof the reciever you can put it in a baloon.
