Default EVX getting hot

Stock motor setup w/ 12 tooth pinions and 2 batteries - after about 10 minutes of crawling, maybe sooner, the evx seems to be getting pretty hot.
I'm only getting about 15 minutes of total run time of dual 1500's.

Is it normal for the EVX to get hot that quick?

Ok cool - that's all I wanted to know - It hasn't turned off on me yet, I just didn't know if I should be looking for a short or something causing it to get hot that fast.

Thanks man.

Stock is 66 go with a 72 spur. Your evx will run cooler and have better run time.
