Heres my Maxx. Its almost done Needs a Jeep Body and some more Gear Reduction.

Where are you going to put the battery? Whats your crawl ratio. I'm unsure of maxx ratios

Where did you get the pieces that mount the shocks to the a-arms and the lockout brackets on top of the bulkheads?

I made everything by hand .I looked at a lot of Maxx Crawler Pics and made the parts I liked. The battery will go Up front .The Gear reduction I Made .Im going to a 72spur and a 9t pinion. The Links are Arrows with 6/32 treaded rod going all the way trough .It a 16.5 wheel base. If anyone needs measure ments just ask .

Is the chassis a Rockraider or a copy? It looks slightly different. I like it though. I'm looking at final drive ratios(crawl ratios). I'm looking to keep it around 100:1 with a lathe motor. My TXT is @ 141:1 with a 27t motor and I like it. I plan on making shock mounts and servo mounts tonight.

Yup I looked at the Rockraider When I built mine.All the chassis Ive built are Aluminum side plates .On my TLT i Went more scale and it has a Frame . But... The Maxx That set up wouldnt work. Got any Pics?

Nope,Was gonna get one today Along with some Gears to play with and get it Crawling But...I Ordered some Parts For The 1:1 Jeep. In Going with either a TJ or Bronco Body.

Pic of the Gear reduction A little blury. I made it just like a GD600 But,Its all Aluminum ,and Metal gears.

What Parts you need? Links are 5 3/8 bottom,4 1/8 top .With out ends just the link.

Thanks! It took a while ,Just a Drill and some files .I'm doing to make a nother for my TLT and take of the Plastic GD600.
