If you stuff it full it will work I use it in mine and it is using RC4WD 40 Series 8.85'' Roklox on a 17.5'' wheelbase. Here is a video to show that You need it. Gearing down will also make a big difference but locking the diff is huge! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jRCHKilwqI I use a Summit trans with the LEM dog carrier installed. So ya gearing is also needed. Last edited by twissted; 03-02-2016 at 07:31 AM. |

I would guess mine will cook along about 30 to be fair. I now have a second one that I'm going a different rout with. Solid trucks once you dump the traxxas esc's. I have a mamba monster 2 in one and a mamba X n the other. Hpi/ King motors 5b rear buggy shocks all the way around along with fifth scale wheels and tires. It is pretty much harder to roll as the tires being more flat as far as the fifth scale and less grippy if that makes any sence. It tends to drift on asphalt. As far as selling the stock esc sure. I've got the one they sent me for replacement with maybe three runs on it. 75? Email me as I'm not on here very often. Last edited by Hpiman74; 04-26-2016 at 11:10 PM. |
