is it possible to run 2.2 wheels on a newer t maxx

why??? i think the hexes are different and most 2.2 rims use 12mm hex and i think the t-maxx are 14 mm or somthin |

it is possible you just have do drill out your hexs and and your rims to fit over the maxx stub

adapter my arse, drill out your 12mm hexes. then you face the problem of the 2.2" rims rubbing the knuckles. cut the knuckles down if its a crawler!

My bad, be sure that when you drill out the 12mm hex that the hole is perfectly centered, if its even the slightest bit off it the wheel will wobble up and down when its rotated hampering your crawlers performance.

yea, that'd be retarded if the knuckles didnt hit the inside of the wheel...but yea, it can be done fairly easy
