Default new pictures of my maxx crawler!!!

here are some pictures of my maxx crawler that i started last winter and never finnished it until now. it has locked diff's using the traxxas spools, novack esc, im running two batteries and one motor through the maxx tranny locked in 1st. the gearing is an 8 tooth pinion 32 pitch and a 48 tooth 32 pitch spur gear (lots of torque). im running a hitec 645mg steering servo, revo shafts, Pro-Line Moabs and Pro-Line 40 Series Mambo Wheels. i based the chassis off of a tlt-1 because it was simple and i wanted to build a scaler but plans changed.

Just a stupid question but is your servo centered and is your wheel alignment good. I had the same problem there was one wheel that was pointing to the left a little and it turned better to the left.
hope this helps

yup.. have to agree.. make sure your tires are both 100% straight (no toe in/out) and the horn is centered on your servo.. also check that the alignment on your controller is set to 0 not trimmed all the way to the left/right.. that will limit the travel of the servo... so zero all you trim and re-center your servo horn.. see if that helps...

Takes like 2 min's.

its fixed now, the horn was way off. i had to put a spacer onto the screw so that the horn didnt rub the rod.

thanks
