Another Bronco thread

Been adding to the Bronco here and there. First thing was to remove the red decals and add some Tamiya paint. It's not a perfect job, (paint seep under the tape, and not the best line follower) but it'll do. Then scraped the chrome off the center of the side moldings to give it a look of rubber.
Then I added the Yeah Racing brass front bumper mount, front portal covers and steering knuckles for a little up front weight.. Then a set of SSD locking front hubs and rears, and a set of Gear Head RC 1.9 Five Star EZ-Loc All Aluminum Wheels, wrapped in Super Swamper tires.
Also the scale side emblems, and hood FORD metal thingys. Next will be to swap out the steering servo...

Put the first battery in it today. Had a little test run around the yard, and the rocks by the house. Big difference with the weight, compared to the TRX without.

Very nice Todd, I still think you should have let me break it in when it was sitting in your room!!!!

Are those the rocks we're going to run on this fall??

NO these are just a little spot on a hill between the house and my ramp, there fun, but a real bugger for me to get to if it ends up with the wheels in the air.
We were in the pit where the big rocks and stones are over the weekend with the other TRX, but no pics.
