Honestly, I have tried proline hydrax in predator and g8, with oem foams and double proline foams, and I have tried the normal rockbeast and now the XLs , and I definitely prefer the rockbeast , which I don't know if I prefer normal or XL, in some climbs you can see the loss of the wheelbase for the XL, but when your belly hits, you think XL is better ... but for me , rockbeast , especially on wet or damp rock, for my opinion and truck at least

i want to try proline crawlers & swamper XL maybe in a future ...

I'm definitely going to put on a hard body for the winter and make more scalerun than scale crawler hehehehe

I know they are too much, but what do you think? I leave those tires or something smaller? What diameter would you mount?

There rear support , with rear body towers from trx6

I run the PL Krawlers on my PRO and ULTRA and have found those to be the best performing tires for where I crawl. Have had success with both the G8 and Predator compounds. I crawl near a beach and the mornings start out with damp, sandy conditions so I use the Predators until the sun warms up the rocks and dries everything out. At that point I switch over to the G8.

I know everyone's terrain is different but I would recommend giving the Krawlers a shot. I used to run Hyrax but haven't mounted those on my rigs since I used the Krawlers, performance was night and day for me.

Great thread BTW.....I check in often to see what you have been up to with your rig

This is how they have been after 5 hours of use ... :

So I go back to Pitbull but the normal ones, the XL ones were too big for this body, the normal ones too but less, and I like the look
