Default Vaterra.... Comanche

Comanche body on the ascender, I like the kit very much, minus the driveshafts and very large k5 Blazer body. Took it out and was very happy with preformance, I have tekin fx r 35t tekin motor, savox 1210 waterproof, pitbull growler's and alloy wheels and 3s batteries. I am anxiously awaiting MIP's release of metal shafts, which in my oppinion will put this at the top of the list of crawlers

Would the body be able to sit any lower or are the mounts all the way down.

Rear mounts bottomed out, and believe it or not there is that much travel in suspension

That's a sweet lookin' rig for sure! Is that the proline interior? Also, do you know if that counts as a 2d or 3d interior? Love the steering wheel and shifters!

Also curious as to which interior you used. Comanche body looks right at home, a little lower wouldn't be bad, nice combination.

If ya look at front bumper body sits right on it, at full flex right or left, it rubs as it is, if it was any lower I would have to cut more of the body, still has lexan bumpers on the body , stock vaterra bumper up front. Looking at sliders, over all im happy with the truck, both kit and add on body...

I trimmed the posts for the rear to get them down all the way. No preload on the shocks. Cut the bumper and shaped it. This is the first body I ever painted and its been through hell and back and my girlfriend is running it on her Ascender this weekend at the monthly comp.

That looks a lot better with the body lower, do the tires rub at all now?

fenders are completely gone. The girlfriend had no issues with that truck other than rx woes. She beat me and my ascender at our monthly comp with it yesterday!

Nice, you could bolt the Axial fender flares on later if you want, but looks good they way it imo. What radio and what rx problems? My stock radio has been great, no problems, but it doesn't have much adjustability and only two channels, but I'm keepin this truck simple for now. Rule is drive it often and drive it hard...it should always be ready to crawl!

hacked flysky gt3c with the newest flysky model f rx. I just went ahead and ordered her a DX4C lol.

She beat me in class 1 on borrowed wheels and tires, and was number 1 in Diva class!
