Someone needs to come out with a hardened gear set to fix the cast R/P gears. Those ive seen break before the driveshafts. But nonetheless,glad MIP is not out of the crawler world.  |

Yea so is mine, waiting for spool gears, driveshafts, and the body that arrived with a crack where grill meets bumper, not just a crack broken through 4 inches long

oh i'm going to be in so much trouble when my ascender gets here in about 2 weeks, i'm half way across the world from Horizon :( expensive mips... but covers all wheelbase settings of the ascender. could be a good deal. |

Was happy to see mip made setup for all wheelbases, something horizon might have thought of, this is a really capable crawler, I would have paid more for it, had they included metal gears not pot metal, metal shafts for all lenghts, they built this really awsome machine with built in weak points, that I think were just done to get it out asap. I do have to give coodos to horizon, they are really good on replacing broken parts

Oh goody, ascender parts just hit Amain. They ship to the islands fast, about 2 weeks. Im ordering a set of ring and pinion gears just incase... And maybe molded driveshafts.

I ordered a load of stuff from RPP including the MIP shafts. They should be here this week. The pinion has been no problem, but have ordered spares just in case.
