I would also like to control the light bars individually. Any suggestions on the best way to do so?

I've heard two C cells, one AA is enough?

Here in Ky we were in a creek so the tires stay wet this is where I think the swampers are better than the hyrax...I did however go from 9mm of limiters to 5 and will test that also. The Mamba X and Roc412 3100 on 3s is a total beast!
You're welcome and glad we could help! Prol-Line Swampers are great tires with excellent rubber compound, I know couple people who use Hyrax and love them, but swap back and forth and see what works best for your terrain. I pick tires by looks and how they work, Swampers look more realistic imo. Dang that powertrain must be a blast!

Sweet!! Is that the tough amour tube front winch bumper? Does it hang lower than stock? It appears to in rc4wd pic, but doesn't look like it in your pic.

I'm not sure what was going on in their pic but I almost didn't order it because of that! However I believe it is shown on a RTR version and the body sits high out of the box so that could be it. All you need is their universal front bumper mount and it goes right on. I was quite pleased how it turned out!

Camp was set up with quite a group of four wheelers, several guys are also into RC crawlers and brought their RCs too. Nightly watching of Persiedes meteor shower was pretty good this year.
How to See the 2017 Perseid Meteor Shower

Coffee, bacon, eggs, pancakes...in that order!

Little in camp play ground, everybody was driving the wheels off my Va'Blazer again! Nothing broken on any of the trucks, K5 or K10.

K10 Ascender and D110 trailing on the granite slabs. Took the time to draw in the shut lines on my K10, looks much better imo.

K10 is ready for headlight bucket alignment/installation.

Hike to survey for new crawl spots, could have hiked for days.

How's that K10 of yours going Natedog?

We need trail pics, updates of its current status, how's the headlight install going? Did I see a pic a while back with a cut down rear cage? What's that all about etc....

It's going well thanks! IIRC should be some pics of the cut bed cage pages back, I didn't like the look as well so went right back. Headlights still on my project queue.

We had a great time at RPP Jamboree, thanks! I've gotta sort through them, not as many pics as sometimes.

Sunset on Clearlake

RPPHobby nice little crawl course just outside the shop, complete with several bridges, waterfall with creeks, very nice vendor's midway too! I was told that Pitbull Braven Ironside 1.9 is due in stores in 3 weeks, very nice looking scale tires that I was able to touch and look at. HPI Venture FJ was actually there running under it's own power too, looked great.

Ernie receiving award, I shoulda been quicker on the camera.
