Default Low Profile skids

Does anyone make one? I've been looking for a while because it's the last thing i want to really change. Compared to my scx10 it gets hung up on everything. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Fish's Crawler Parts: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F...ewform?c=0&w=1

Also, I think there's one made by Circle City makes one but you have to get to them through Facebook.

EDIT: too slow
Fish's Crawler parts makes one, I have one installed and I believe it puts the skid inline with the chassis instead of hanging below.

If you know anyone with a 3d printer you can print out one. I have made 2 so far and it's a pretty good design

Here's a few shots, it raises the skid maybe 3/16"-1/4" although what I was told originally was that it raises the skid without raising the motor which is not correct, it also raises the motor of course.

This shot makes it look like it doesn't hang below the chassis rails but it does

Heres a better, shot it hangs down 1/8"

Fish's skids are tough as hell. You're not going to make one anywhere near as durable with consumer grade filament.

I'd second that, the SLS from Shapeways is really tough and I've yet to break any SLS stuff. But I suppose its worth a shot with the regular PLA if you've got it
