|  Ascender wheelbase change
To change the W/B on the F-100 ascender to 313 do you only need to change the rear links, do you leave the front links the same ?

Yeah leave the front links alone, changing the front links would shift the front axle forward in the wheelwell, so if you're keeping that body just do the rear.
