|  How do I change my wheelbase on my g6
I would like to change the 12" wheelbase on my g6 to 12.3" so I can run the vanquish true 4 link suspension. Is this a common upgrade u fellas do? I notice a lot of slop where the top front link mounts to the front axle. Will I run into issues with my g6? What does it take to do the wheelbase change? Thanks for the help.

Hello you purchase the 12.3 links and install them the links length changes the wheelbase.

And you need the front truss that should be in your parts bag.

Lower links to change wheelbase and upper links to adjust for pinion angle to keep drive shafts from binding especially if you decide to raise the ride height it can become an issue. Do a search on here, if you have some hand tool and measuring skills they are simple to make your own and save some green.

just add some washers, spacer, or nuts , place them in front of the rod ends to get the link length you need . no need to buy special links. problem solved
