Default GCM LRT2 Trans in Ascender

Will it be hard to mount the GCM LRT2 Trans in a Ascender?

Check my thread in the ascender section, also one of codyboys threads. I made mounts to hold it at the front but didn’t require any mounts at the rear.

Thanks. I will check the treads. Does the gearing work out alright?

Saw the pics in your build tread. I had hopes of getting the motor and transmission to sit lower in the chassis. But i guess the stock skid is the problem? Seems like codyboy used the GCM skeleton chassis.

I run leafs so I don't need a skid. I have 2 trucks and did each one slightly different. My current build I used the wb3 and wb4 rear servo mount under the front and I used the tf2 rear mount from GCM and just trimmed it a little on each end.

If you are running 4link you would have to make a custom skid to get the trans lower.
