OK.

0.2mm = 0.00787402", so possible to do as above but pros and cons to both. BTW, I use Axial 1mm aluminum anodized spacers to take up the difference...just over 0.92mm thickness and they are nice snug fit with double shear mounts.

I never thought to use the Axial spacers, just assumed a full 1mm would be a little snug in the caster blocks. Oh well, when you order a dozen spacers at once they're cheap. I just got another Twin for my son a while ago that will be getting similar parts. It was easy enough to just have them cut with my other parts after realizing I'd need multiples eventually anyway.

Just the car. Still selling the adapters through my Shapeways store. Getting back into 1:1 stuff after about an 8 year break. Slowly selling off all my RC stuff actually. Re-prioritizing I guess you could say.
