Default Chipped Pinnion

Hey there guys, after going threw my axles to make sure everything was A OK, I found that the verry back part of a tooth on my pinnion gear had snapped off. It wasnt the whole tooth so it is still ok, but i thought i would let you know to watch for that. Im going to have to replace it everntually though.

Pictures? Is there any chance that a peice of weld got loose in there from when you welded up the spiders? was the peice loose in the axle housing?
