| Rear End and locker servo mods...... While the standard Venom Servo seems fine with the remote kit, I always go a bit further in builds kinda fit and forget!, I used a 12kg med sized JR servo after Dremmeling the plate another 3mm clearance (and yes ive now got it bolted on both sides!!), and used the rear link centre plate to extend the cable mount, and a strong-ish spring to keep the lockers kept in the locked position when not activated by the servo. Also to neaten the back end and keep from hanging up in use i've done the rear link mod works a treat, no spacers/washers in the rear right and 2 in the left and they fit perfectly......ran it twice since and no issues running without the skid! bestones mp Last edited by Madpete98; 03-05-2009 at 01:59 PM. |

does that servo leave enough room to get your body on the post? do you need to run the longer posts? green springs, are they stiffer? |

fits a rockstar perfect!, and green rear and blue fronts off a Speed T work wonders!!!! the reason for the stronger servo is to counteract the spring as its strong enough to keep the diff locked on its own!, perfect dis-engage and re-engage every time!! mp |
