Default Creeper Makeover

I just could not leave it alone.
So this is what I did to it.
1) CKRC RockStar chassi
2) Axial Tranny
3) Custom 115mm upper links
4) Traxxas drivelines and yokes
5) Proline 70's chevy body

At first I tried an R2D2 tranny I got from someone here.
The tranny was toast, but I will not mention from who.
What comes around goes around. So stock Axail Tranny
was installed. I had to relocate the upper links a little
lower on the Rockstar Chassi. The nuts on the inside
would rub on the drivelines. All in all was a fairly easy
build. I tested on a few rocks at the house. It seems
very worthy. Will have to wait till Sunday to really test
it out.

Looks good. What's it like out on the rocks? Did you happen to notice how much lighter the axial tranny was compared to the venom tranny?

I like it, but looks far to low for the stinky lips on the rocks around here. Why the Axial tranny?

I'm guessing he's sitting at about 2 1/4" or there abouts. I looked were the middle of his chassis was and it sits about the middle of the wheel. So I measured on mine. Just a guess.

I have only tried it on some rocks at the house, but it
climbs way better then before and yes the Axail tranny
is much lighter.

I hate how the stock tranny gets hung up on the rocks.

I hit the rocks yesterday and was very impressed. Went out
w/Rockassasin and his Berg. It pretty much did everything he did.
Much better then stock. It did hang up a little from being kinda low.
I did a little tweeking this morning and now got 2 1/4" clearance.
Gonna take it back out today and see how it does.

How long do we have to wait. You should have never gotten rid of it.
