I couldnt even spin my trans from the output shaft via hand. My trans had a real rough spot, so i opened the holes where the bearings go, just a little bit, giving the gears some room to seperate a little bit when the rough spot came around making it super smooth. If you do this remove a little material then check, then a little more ect, if you remove to much and allow the gears to spread to much they will strip. I also ran my trans on a drill while greased for 2 packs afterwards.

| I used the tip of a 1/2" hole saw, I had no binding in the axles, if you do, check your cvd pins, make sure your hexes arnt rubbing the axle casing, and make sure your wheels arnt on to tight. |

Its tight. Make sure pinion mesh is correct and try it out. Until its broken in its very hard to turn the trans by hand with the driveshafts. |
