I cut about a 1/4 off of the internal springs but I may take them out and leave out. I dont want to have to much articulation. Dont know yet ill play with the idea. Thanks

looks good so far red . only thing i worry about is the openings in the skid for the lower links restricting the movement .

After I put it on I made sure they weren't rubbing or taking any of my movement away from me. It works pretty good. Mine came with the old type short skid plate so I had to try something.

If you hav'nt programmed the esc then the drag brake is set to off by default. You'll need to turn it on, I think there's 4 different setting for braking power on it.

Lokja good, I like the inverted cut battery tray idea. How did you support ur trans? Also posted some pics of my skid plate for ya. I also like the rear skid idea, I have to get one shaped up for mine. Seems to be wearing thinner then it should.

My trans is only supported by the bolts on the bottom and on the side at the bottom, none at the top.

Moved the rear links to the front of the axel.

Great job on that new skid plate. Someday I may try my hand at making one like so.
