Thanks Bowtie, the snow is alot of fun. Until yer finger get cold. I know what you mean about the weather, I lived in Houston for 2 years or so when I was working as a commercial diver in the oilfields. The snow was a big reason I moved back to CO, I love it.

Thanks Rogue, yeah, I've been sitting on that video for a while. Peanut is running an 11.1V LiPo, the 22/84 gearing on the Pede tranny is what makes it so fast.
Build thread on it it here.

Thanks ZIP, every minute of filming was certainly a good time.

The 2wd pulling truck isn't mine, it belonged to one of the guys from the local pulling club. They came to finishline rc during one of our comps to show us about pulling. I just had to hook up Tyler's Blazer (Bumblebee) and see how the Cobalt puller motor on 9 cells would do.

Thanks for the compliments guys, glad you have all enjoyed it, I really like this video. Looks like I need to get more snow bashing video for the next one though.

Cool video! But that

Man, the snow IS fun. I got some good video of my Gremlin Blasting through the snow here (would be a lot cooler if I hadn't sold my high gears with my old RS4)

I like the pulling, too. How much weight was on there when you were pulling with it? Was it the same as the 2WD puller was hooked to? I'm gonna laugh if it was, 'cause you went further. (don't tell me about 4WD vs. 2WD... this guy had purpose-built stuff and Grizz had a crawler with weights hung on it... no prep, no nothing, I assume, right?)

But what's with the green truck that looks like it was painted at Earl Schieb? Did you forget to slip the spray guy an extra $20 to mask off the windows?

I'll go check out your video today, I meant to do that yesterday.
The pulling sled had 20 pounds in it I think, but yes, we were both pulling the same amount of weight. I thought it was cool that Ty's trail rig with no prep work, other than the box of 5/8" washers I zip tied to the front bumper, was able to take it out the door. The puller truck still weighed over 2x what Bumblebee did and my "hitch" was a zip tie on the rear bumper. Next time I'm going to lock out the rear suspension.

Yeah, the green truck belongs to a my friend John and he just threw the paint on the old Tamiya Hi-Lux body for something to run. He's not too keen on the whole masking tape thing.

Thanks NU. Yeah, even with the new bodies that have come out I'm still liking the look of my good ole brumby (Australian name).
