Default Sacramento, CA Get Together Jan 2007

About 20 rigs were out on January 20th at Beals Point State Park at Folsom Lake near Sacramento in Northern CA. No comp, just fun.

Many 2.2 scale rigs, some comp style 2.2's, clods, TXT's, and some other types. I got some ok footage and lots of top heavy flippin' action!

Nice video. Hard to get a good angle on that concrete wall of terror... I still cannot believe how hard it was to get up...

Dude you rock..... I gotta learn how to do that some day. I dig the name Sac Area Crawlers, although someone in another State might watch that and see we have crawlers on our Sac Area, and think we are like crabs or something ... lol

Great vid Tom. Thanks for putting that together and taking the time to shoot it. Too bad we didn't get video of my Stampede launch to it's death. As soon as I fix it, I will do it again so you can video it. (as long as Bill is there to spot me).

Why not just call ourselves "SAC" Sac Area Crawlers... Everybody loves a good acronym.

The Stampede death was awesome! Well, it would have sucked if you hit me (you got damn close), but that was an awesome landing. Perfect center-punch of a nice stuck rock.
