Default HPI Wheely King / 100ft. cliff

Here is a little video I put together of some Wheely King durability testing that was done during the 1:1 trail ride after the Nationals at Moab. Sorry the camera moves around a fair amount but it was waaaaaaaay down there and I had to zoom in a lot.

On the first clip there is a second rig which was a Stampede if I remember correctly.

Pretty impressive.

That was great. Video doesn't really show the size of things I don't think. I believe it's more than 100 feet of drop. Seeing that, gave me new respect for the Wheely Kings. I figured, considering the distance and impact it had,it woulda imploded on the first fall.

Wasn't it just a busted shock mount or something on the first fall?

Second jump was a drive shaft issue and something else I believe.....but it still drove under it's own will to live

I think it completely blew a shock off the truck on the first launch.

Blew a shock cap and the front D-shafts separated on the 2nd.

One of the first two ejected the battery as well.

3rd was implosion. Busted a chassis plate, front body mount, cut the RX wire, cracked the RX open.

The ring gears are fine Its all from the tranny.

the 3rd drop was harsh, when i herd the loud crack from up top i new it wasnt good:-D the only thing that kept it from still running was the RX wire got cut in half, just a little solder and shrink wrap and the electronics are happy agin

I am not too sure if the few 4 letter words will fly with google or youtube. Anyone else know about that?

Usually if you have trouble loading the video it is a player compatability issue. Try using another or make Windows Media player your default. It is probably only gonna work if you have DSL or Broadband. I can try to get something else up but with the very little time I have right now I am working on the Super video (which keeps getting pushed back since I have been getting stuck working 15hr days and taking care of kids Orthodontist appts. , Tae Kwon Do etc.).

I can't download it either... and I've heard all kinds of swearing on YouTube so I dont think it would be an issue there.
