| 1.9 comps
Hey guys, I just recently got a MRC and started modding it, and I just wanted to know if there were any 1.9 comps nearby. I really want to get into the competitive rock crawling. Also, have you guys seen any good spots for roc crawling? I live in SE wisconsin and have only found small rocks that would be really easy for my rig to crawl over, and I really want to practice and get better.

Check this thread --> 2009 - 6 month schedule for Mini Speedway RC Rock Crawling Events We missed last week due to a location change within the building. There might be a makup this weekend. Other options are outdoor along the lake, several spots by water in Milwaukee. Try checking some of the older threads in here, schmenzer has quite a few spots scouted out. |

Thanks, but do I have to fill out a sheet, and have started the comps from the start of the season, or can I go there at the next comp on the 22nd? Thanks |

No you don't have to fill out any paper work. Just show up and run. I think we only have 2 weeks into the season? The more competitors the better. Hope to see ya on the 22nd.

Guys, The move is coming along but a bit slower than expected. I hope we can run next week on the 22nd but there are circumstances out of my control and they are SLOW! I did get a good start on painting the floor today! I'll try to keep you posted or check out http://www.minispeedway.com for more info. Greg PS Might be warm enough outside to play around at the lake tomorrow. |
