Re: Radio Control Crawling Association Vehicle Definitions and Judging Not sure if any clubs would be interested in a scoring cheat sheet? But here's one if you think you want the pfd file pm me. A few guys liked it makes calculating course scores quick and easy. http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p...psowmxevdc.png Attach to the back of clipboard. |
Re: Radio Control Crawling Association Vehicle Definitions and Judging I tried to use this at the shootout but some courses had no bonuses and we usually do three bonuses at -5 each |
Re: Radio Control Crawling Association Vehicle Definitions and Judging Quote:
So if you used 4th line from top (- 35 line) cheat sheet should have worked for you. Ea line point value goes up -5 Points so it could work with - 5 bonus gates. If course is a 10 gate course without bonus Gates you would use the score line "- 20" find penalty value Topline, score total is under penalty value. If a guy didn't finish course DNF use the DNF box at bottom of page. Unless I'm missing something. |
Re: Radio Control Crawling Association Vehicle Definitions and Judging Hello crawl friends! I have own welded body what its US rules unlegal (I think its very old rule / tell me the point)? That body is legal finnish series and also nordics, because i dont get any advantage. My old lexan body was 19g this is 120g. http://pnc.pp.fi/RC/CRAWL/Hadesbear/...508_233200.jpg Today is legal 3D printed bodys. 3D prints it one stuff, but i have to weld it brass tube + sheet metal. I think it kind of same thing, only 3D printed is the easy way and own welded the hard and weight way. So tell me, why welded body is unlegal today, can be legal all comps? Thanks, Hadesbear |
Re: Radio Control Crawling Association Vehicle Definitions and Judging Because USRCCA says bodiless chassis/rigs are illegal in sportsmans 2.2s class. Just because some have changed or modified this rule doesn't mean USRCCA should change or modify the rule set. I personally think body rule should not be changed in 2.2s class. If you come to compete in the USA, in 2.2s class mount a body on your rig."thumbsup" Just my 2cents read all rules and specs of a class. Then build your rig within those specs. Don't build a rig and then try to change the rules/specs. |
Re: Radio Control Crawling Association Vehicle Definitions and Judging I have a question about my SCX10.2 trail honcho. It has a wheelbase of 12.3", but is on 1.9 wheels. To compete under these rulesets would I need to move to 2.2 wheels? |
