ktm x-factor 2 questions

got a friend that just picked up an xf2 and is wanting to make it a crawler despite the fact its nitro. he was wondering a few things such as shorter links from the axle to the shocks for lower CG, good wheels, acutally and wheels right now will help,that wont rip apart the hubs, diff lockers, what it would take to make this thing suspension and drivetrain wise crawl engine is staying and reverse is going in soon.. any help is appreciated thanks
