Default XTM X-Factor truck help?

I pick up a use x-factor truck and some of the parts are missing. The pull start rope on the 24.7 engine is tight when its pull and doesnt retract back. I try turning high speed needle clockwise and remove glow plug and unflooding the engine trick but still the rope are tight. Also i notice that the brake throttle setup is missing and if someone can find some pictures of the brake setup on the truck that would be very helpful as to what parts i am needing. I have some pictures of the truck. I would like to get this truck up and running any help would be great. Thanks.

My bad sorry about that...

I actually have this same truck but when i got it i converted it to electric, locked the axles and tranny, but sat for a yr now. i was thinking of either finishing to a crawer or making it nitro again. Question is how does it perfom being nitro. I mean suspesion and handling, not sure if i want to mess with nitro mainly is why i ask.
