This is my first build ever and everything has went pretty good so far,but I am having trouble figuring out a way to mount the yokes to the output shaft on the tranny. I am using a rustler tranny because I alreay had it and I think its the same as the stampeds anyway. Also how are you guys mounting the yokes to the xf pinion shaft any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

The tranny side,I don't know,never used a tranny that small or that style. The axles,drill the yoke out to 8mm and install. Depending on what fastner you use,you may have to drill a hole in the pinion for the pin or bolt. I'd rather use a bolt myself,so I drill a hole all the way through. You might be able to get by with a grub screw but I think a bolt or pin is better. |
