Default stock thread type on XF2 links

Anyone know the thread type for the stock links/ballends? 8/32? 10-24?

Talking Conversion

I am trying to make my own links with some carbon fiber arrows. However the ends I have are 8/32 thread. So the question is to either Tap the ball ends with 8/32 or maybe do a conversion rod with one end m4-.7 and other end 8/32? Any suggestions as to the rod thickness to use maybe 1/8? unfortunately I am not near my setup or I would measure for myself. I was hopeing to get the info so I could do a hardware stop on the way home.
