Will there ever be a RTR SCX10?

Decent setup to get started but everything is much better than the Axial RTR electrics. You'll obviously need a battery, charger and some paint for the body yet.

A RTR is all well in good but once you start into the world of scalers, you are going to value the build of ANY rc vehicle and the knowledge that you will gain from it..
It can be frustrating and also really rewarding, and in the end worth it, becuase you put it together..
If you have never built anything up before try a simple Tamiya 2wd buggy like a grasshopper or hornet.. then set it aside (for a future scale Baja project
).. no need to even put a radio in it.. then build up a scaler and have some serious fun..
or just go for the gusto right off the bat! do it up!

scalers should be built. Not bought. "thumbsup"
Putting an scx10 kit together shouldn't take more than a few wrenches, a soldering iron, and some paint for the body.

If there is do not buy it. It's guarented the electronics will suck and fail out of the box. Trust me on this.

IMO i think the kit is the best way to go, and for electronic recomendations, i use....
ESC: Novak XRS
MOTOR: Novak fifty five

So the RTC Axial crawler would be crap to?
And yeah i think i will probably get the kit and how fast does it go or does it depend on what motor?

depends on the motor, the lower the turns, the faster it'll go
RTR's are bad in my opinion, the build is the best part of this hobby. Any idiot can buy something, if you build it, it's yours for ever. I've built a bunch of scalers, ran them , beat them, abused the crap out of them, then sold them, they're all still mine. I built it. It be owned by someone else but it's MY rig. I especially think when it's fabbed with your hands it's that much better. Buying off the shelf parts slapping them on is just boring, anyone can build one like that. Do something different, something never seen before. That to me is the true soul of this hobby.
