I like Facebook. I keep in touch with a lot of friends that way, easier than email or phone conversations. Pictures and such are cool too.

It's like doing a build thread of your life  I don't want to go over to your house and actually see you build it, I just want to see if it's cool and move along. If it looks really hot then maybe I will stay a little longer and look at some more pictures

It's great for networking.

If your following me, your lost!
so thats how i ended up in arizona...

back to topic. im on myspace just to keep up with alot of he local music. its nice to hear from old friends from school, so they can see how fat and lazy i have gotten

yall seem like manley men.

am i missing out? or doin the right thing avoiding this shit?

I feel ya, bro. I resisted until earlier this year; but I'll admit that it wasn't as painful as I thought it'd be. Yes, the chicks do dig it, especially if you are strategic in how you present yourself...but for me, it's been most rewarding getting back in touch with old friends. And if you need another excuse, you can make a [specific topic] group and like-minded people will join and you can chat, share pictures, info, etc (but then again, we have this place for that!).
It's cool, man. There's enough manly men now that it's not gay anymore.

I personally think twitter is pointless, I really don't care what someone is doing at one certain time, and I don't want someone to know what I do all day long, and I don't have a Facebook or Myspace either

yea, im not lookin for a hooker or herpes...

i was almost convinced that i was like, missing out on some new essential method of meeting women in the 21st century

Facebook, myspace, twitter, match.com are all very gay just no way around the facts.

But you have to do what you have to do in order to aid the endless pursuit............

You do it but never, ever, ever speak of it. "thumbsup"

imo myspace and facebook are not just for the cool kids and you shouldnt think just because you have one your gay. i have meet some good friends on there and even started talking to my best friend again after 3 years. there was a point where i though it was gay to have one but i really only use it now just to talk to people and show them cool shit i find on the net. just dont be a prick and just start telling random people (DUDE YOU GOT TO ADD ME TO YOUR MYSPACE!!!!)

never thought i would do it.

"thumbsup"i to thought the idea of joining one of these sites was ridiculous. but to my amazment last week i did just that. since then i have talked to some really good friends from high school that i have not seen or heard from for almost 20 years. it is pretty cool , and i find it hard to say that but it is. wanna be my friend.

If they were such good friends, why hadn't you talked to them for 20 years?

I have a Myspace page to post photos of TXRCO comps and find photos of desert racing. Very few on my friends list there are people from my old hometown. I keep up with exactly 2 people from school, and neither of them are on Myspace.

and i agree 100%.

i was anti myspace for years and one day (just a few months ago) joined facebook. its pretty addicting and ive ran across many high school friends. oh and i also have my 10 year hs reunion tomorrow...thanks to fb"thumbsup"

I always say there is nothing wrong with looking gay if you're tring to get some poon...:)

IMO Myspace is overrun with little kids and may only be good to promote your band, Facebook was meant for the older more sofisyicated crowd but when your mom or dad joins it's time to bail...

Twitter is truly gay!

"Tweat" sounds like a gay fart!
