Ok guys so I started with my "Chopper" chassis and got to work..As you can see this is a high breakover type chassis..This one being more extreme than others..Full 1/2" extra clearance at the rear of skid.As the rig sits now I have 3 1/4" at the front of the skid, and 3 3/4" at the rear. Also provides a nice flowing line from front to back on the links with no snag points along the way.

Then I added my steering link....Not using that servo, only for mock up..

My Lipo fits nicely in the belly, you can see here the two electronics trays I put in..Small one for reciever, the other for the esc.Made up the stand off also.

Then I went ahead and got the AWESOME custom crowd pleazer I got from Rockthrasher mounted up..I used a couple m3 fastners and some delrin as post's..Turned out sweet.Nothing sticking out to snag something.

Here are a couple nice poser shots of the rig..8)

In this one you really can't tell but the right rear is in the air..This thing carry's the rear very nicely..

Yeah, don't forget the shafty guys. I would love to have a new chassis and skid plate designed for the tranny. I tried working a Vanquish chassis to get it to work, but the skid is too narrow and the clearance around the motor is really, really tight.

man i just ordered your steering link and re-gear set now this:shock: you got my attention again"thumbsup"

Great lookin rig Jeepial!

Thanks man.."thumbsup"

I like it. Problem is I like the losi tranny, so when can we see something similar for shaftys?

Not sure on that one..If I get enough people wanting one..I might give it a shot..

Glad everyone is liking my products so far.."thumbsup"

I think I have seen that somewhere before. I bet the rear motor is going to get beat up pretty bad with those rear links unless you clock it straight up:shock: Can't wait to see it with motors mocked up. x'2 on the video.

Subscribed"thumbsup"

Any concern with the rear link geometry?
Not that I am aware of..No rubbing, bumping, bangin of links anywhere in the suspension cycle.

Yah I clocked the rear some.Motor should still be above the bottom links if I got my angles right..:mrgreen:So we'll see..

I think Eeepee was more or less asking about how the truck will drive with the links like that. (or at least i am :flipoff:)

Just from looking it would seem that that type of rear geometry would suck the front end down and make it more stable on verticals.

looks bad ass!! wonder how it does compared to a stock lcc with moa kit, let me know when you decide to make a trip to capen with this beast!"thumbsup"
