But in reality I plan to run a little bit of a spacer to get the wheelbase a little closer to 12.5" since they sit stock at about 12.3" roughly.

What are your thoughts on how wide the front axle is.....Even with running the
225's. Cant get any skinnier unless you run some SLW NT....
I'm coming from a Losi. So I had a pretty skinny front, and a skinnier
rear.....found great benefits in running skinny. So was just curious of your
thoughts. I'm defiantly running 225's front/rear. Thanks!

I'm wondering the same thing. I'm a big fan of Futaba and I run BLS451's and 352's in all of my racing kits but the Hitec 7950TH and up all put out more torque at a lower cost.
Any selling points for the BLS152 vs the Hitec's that you can think of, Harley? I can't make up my mind.

What's the wheel weight situation on those VP SLW's? Do you add weight to the fronts? If so, what type of weights do you use?

I will also be running slw's all around. I would like to know more about this ring you speak of? 8)The reason I go with SLW's all the way around is simply for style points 8) I like the look of uniform wheels. I know the V4 SLWs are similar to the DH's but that isn't the look I prefer. On my Berg I run V3's all the way around and on this rig I am going to use the SSZ's just because they look so cool!
