Went over to Freq E Tags place tonight and did a little work/brainstorming.

I need to work up all new skin designs for my rigs/radios/case/etc. Well I thought of one more thing.....

Servo Skinz! This is just a mask, the real one will match my new theme obviously.

Jeremy posted this up in his vendor thread. It shows the layout and changes in the v4.2 Pro Kit. I'm really looking forward to some of these changes.

Last night I helped a local member switch chassis's on his berg. He was running a Stage chassis before. We assembled the BJv4 but decided to use the skid from the Stage still. Seeing his skid setup completed made me even more anxious to get this new setup from Y-town.

Wow it's been a busy day for my XR10!

Started off by ordering the new knuckle weights from EDL. Picked up the full kit plus a set of the .300 rings. I will be able to remove all my wheel weight and add a little extra back on top of it now. I was feeling like the truck was a little light lately.

Then, since I am still running one of the first set of Prototype VP knuckles I decided I better grab the final current versions to make sure they work with the new knuckles. So Orange it was!

While on the line with VP I went ahead and picked up one orange case, I'll put the outer plate on the front and the surround on the rear. This will give me some nice contrasting colors.

And finally, the new upper link mount for the front axle. Once again in silver with orange. This should really tie the silver and orange theme in.

harley, i'm new to the xr10 field but your stuff has been very helpful. i like your idea of mixing and matching some of the vp products for the cases. i plan on doing mine with orange parts but thought it migh be too much. you solved that problem!

Good deal man! I liked the idea too when it came to me  it would look good with silver or black. I just like the silver because then you can tell it's not stock.

Nice to see the orange from Vanquish. Gonna do mine with orange also. I have Axial's 30* machined links upper and lower. Sooo.... :lmao:
