Sneed's Sloppy Seconds

LOL love the 'gate relocation'

Truck looks good bud, smooth in all the videos. "thumbsup"

Ha. That was good wasn't it? Damn stick

Just Messed with my truck, i wanna test it out before the next comp, U going crawling anytime soon ?

If it isn't too wet tomorrow, I'd like to go. I work full time and don't get off til 5 or 6-ish during the week. So it makes it hard to go. I'm heading to SC this coming up weekend, that's probably the next time I do any Rcc

Time for some updates! "thumbsup"

I've replaced both servos for Hitec, this way I can use my CDW dig mount , and decided to try out the new DX3R Pro. Also one other small change.....

Looks good bud

That thing is sick Josh!!!Looks good man. Can't wait to see it in action this weekend at the comp!

Honestly... I have no idea what turn or who makes it. :ror:
I'm guessing it's a HH 35t? It's been sitting on my desk for awhile, came from an old rig I parted out. We shall see what this and a 4s will do

Thanks!

DX3R Pro showed up today "thumbsup". Bind, calibrated, set trims and it's ready to rock! Slow speed crawl is great. Torque is more than expected. I'm really digging it. No more "clanking" noise from the motor like with brushless under loads. I only ran it on carpet, climbing the walls and spinning tires on the kitchen floor. Temps seemed good. It defently will be a, run one course and let cool rig.

Really liking the Spektrum stuff. Easy to setup and navigate through menus. Feel right at home with comfort. Possibly lighter than the 3PM-MX? Less batteries for sure.

I noticed though.. I have a delay between reverse and forward. It wants to see a pause? I have the RS Pro set for brushed fwd/rev/no delay. Also have a coast after I let off throttle. Push control is off too. Could it be the motor + 4s?

I'm loving the brushed motor! I do get it nice and hot though... I've burnt my fingers a time or two, picking up the truck and touching the motor.
The slow speed resolution is a lot better than my 21.5t motor. I'm looking at possibly getting a Brood 30t . I do run longer than I should, it really should be an run one course and let cool type deal.

Hope you have lathe and extra brushes, springs.

Thanks! It's a bit more messy now.. Swapped the RS Pro out for the MMP. The Tekin has some software issue's that I brought to their attention for running brush motor's. It wouldn't do instant reverse no matter of which setting and something else.. I can't remember, they're playing with the Hotwire to fix it though. The Castle stuff may stay in for awhile. It's smooth! And I may throw the 21.5t brushless back in just to get the different feel. Waiting on my Dlux worm to show so I can have overdrive agian. Broke some sh!t this past weekend.

I may shed a tear when/if this thing goes....

A buddy of mine has a XR that he's no longer running and collecting dust. I figured I'd give that a go "thumbsup"
