Lunch menu:
Hamburgers & Hot Dogs
Ranch Style Beans
Sodas, water or B.Y.O.B.
Tyler is a DRY county. So you cannot buy alcohol in Smith county. If you like to enjoy adult beverages, you are gonna have to bring your own and possibly some to share;-)
The club is providing all food, plates, cups, napkins, etc. but feel free to bring something to share.


May is typically our last competition for the season since June is always the Texas State Finals. This year is slightly different in that ETXRCC is providing the meal. Our club has a $115 budget and it has been decided to have a BBQ with the remaining funds from last season.

Since we have a budget, and this is my family's home, we are asking for drivers only to attend. We will be eating outside in the shop and comping on the new Crawler Innovations rock piles. Anyone attending must sign a release of liability waiver form. If I get the time, we will have a G6 stage set up on the property open to any scale truck. I have a small pond and creek on my property, so yes your scaler will see water action.

In regards to bringing something, please bring something to share or please make a donation. I have a simple gas grille just so you know but it will be plenty for hot dogs and hamburgers. ETXRCC is not gonna ask for guys traveling to pay, but you are free to donate to help cover food, bobcat fuel, G6 flags, etc. You are guests of ETXRCC and we are grateful to have you guys travel to comp with us."thumbsup"

Yeah, May is always a tough month to plan much of anything. There is always so much going on around this time of year. Mother's Day, Kids sports and graduations, you have Memorial Day Weekend, local club series, my wife's birthday, 4xFord (Shelby) birthday, etc...

Our local club really needs something like this though at this time. Many of us missed most of the local comp season for one reason or another, we canceled comps due to bad weather, and summer is usually a down time for our local club due to excessive heat and humidity. So I hope this turns out to be a great time and I suspect it will:mrgreen:.
