Alot of people have ask me about this mod so i thought i would do a quick how to hope this help.

Frist take a wide hex and a vp hub bolt it to a 1.9 rim.

Then take a 5/32 drill bet using the hub as your guide, after that take the hub off then redrill the holes using a 1/8 drill bet.

Then using a 13/32 drill to open up the center hole to fet your wheel wrench.

Then you have two ways you can bolt up ether put the bolt throw the rims then add nut for that stock look or bolt them up as normal i hope this help,

You can also adjust the width with the SLW Half Spacers from Rob B. @ CDW."thumbsup"

I had a spare wheel to try out. Decided to get it shot. I used 4-40 drill & tap set. I threaded the holes for 4-40.

This good mod for me since I have run 8mm wide hex to clear my TSS,MSD wheels. But with the axial's I can run normal width hex. It looks like I could run SCX10 narrow hex now.

Awesome mod for sure! "thumbsup"

I have some other wheel mods how to;s i'll post up soon,if there a wheel mod you would like to see just post up and i;ll see what i can do "thumbsup"

I really like this idea. I might be needing a wider stance for a build I'm doing. Do you think this would be better/stronger than the rc4wd wideners? I would think so, but I haven't used either. Thanks for the how to!
