I did some quick shopping.. Im willing to share all of this so, if somebody wants to bring condiments or whatever...

Plates
Forks
16 burgers & buns
Pb&js with white bread
2 bags chips
Snack crackers
2 water jugs

Cool, I was going to cook up a package of sausages and a few cans of beans for whoever wanted them but I can turn that into a delicious side dish... I make a mean beanie weenie!

How many grills do we have?
Zero's little one
Gottwins said he could bring one...
If we have an extra grill, I'll bring corn on the cob... but it take it's own grill because it's gotta cook in the husk for about a half hr.

I don't need a grill to cook the beanie weenie, just a fire and I'll bring a pot to put in the fire... and a hot mitt!

also, on my hr long L ride this morning I was thinking...

Really only a handful of us have to leave the park at noon.
You guys could hold a comp or whatever while we're setting up camp "thumbsup"

Got batts charged, trucks ready, bags packed, and restaurant address in gps. Should be a 150 mile drive by 9. Be fun tomorrow it's the wife's first time driving and I think I'm going to enjoy having her involved as much as the whole trip. She had a little practice driving in the yard today. I had her go through narrow places and showed her how to go over a few obstacles.

Also I put a tow strap on the 6x6 so hopefully get to use it to pull a couple stuck trucks out!!

Sitting at R Place right now. Can see my hotel from here. Will check in, than check out the Cliffs. Will try to find Steve or someone in charge.

I'm trying to convince mine to try and drive!

I got an 86 s10 and love it. Was going to take it but she wouldn't go. Only wanted to take the jeep. So I told her the only way I was driving the jeep is if she would drive my 6x6 with us lol. Shes gonna be a total newb driver but it's gonna be cute.

I got a text from Steve asking if someone could come out to night to pick and area or did we want to wait and do it tomorrow. I sent him the note I had from Jason:

"the one place we all agreed on that is close to parking and all that is right around the skill level one atv trail and the river area around it leading up to the zipline that runs across the parking lot."

He responded that was fine but we had to bring some yellow caution tape to rope the area off so no ATVs or Trucks came back in there.

Anybody have any?

Just a note...when we were there last time, they took credit cards at the shop to get in the park but they only took cash at the food stand. Might want to be sure you have some cash. Their hamburgers are pretty good too!
