Stripped 12mm

Just stripped one of the molded 12mm hex behind one of my rear tires. The slot that the pin fits into is ripped up. Is there any better up grade than the stock plastic and is this common?

I used these as mine striped on a Sunday and its all the Local hobby shop had in stock at the moment...

Yeah I think it's pretty common. And I use the traxxas ones as well. On the bright side it's an easy fix.

I'm running these with brushless and paddles and there holding up great.

I found one of my fronts did this after I had upgraded to the locked front diff but am now using the rc4wd white steelies that have a pin mount on the back so no hex is needed.

YMMV, but I spun one of the Hot Racing ones. After the original, of course.
