Blue Spyder JK by CFM: Sons new rig

Love those Rocker Knocker Slider. Will you be making those for the Wraith? I also love that rear axle with the centered pumpkin and the link mount. I'll need to get back with you on that for my Wraith build.

Clay, that's your Jimmy? I thought you had a cherokee? That Jimmy looks killer! Great news bit. We (in the hobby) know what kind of energy and thought goes into scalers. It's nice when you get outsiders to appreciate it. 8)

Jimmy, Cherokee, CJ-7, and another build coming soon. Depends on the weather and occupants.
News story was pretty cool, especially when my daughter saw the newspaper and me on the front page, she have me the biggest hug and said " I'm so proud of you!!" That trumped everything.
The local ABC affiliate also called me yesterday and is hoping to get out to me for an interview also, so maybe I'll be under the bright lights soon also.

Haha. I machined one for him.
I don't have a clean clip from the station yet but we went old school and recorded the tv, doesn't look bad. The link is on our Facebook page to our YouTube channel.
After we finished this interview I received an email about a huge outdoors expo at the beginning of 2014. So hopefully even more exposure for our great hobby/sport.

Started mocking up the new cage.

Also got the first batch of steel rocker armor in. These will be offered in a couple different configurations and are thick enough to weld directly to them.

Still have it here. Picked up one of the Dinky RC cantilever rear suspension setups for it. It's gonna be for sale first of 2014 as soon as I have some time to get back on it.
