Alright,
The scale scene has been growing pretty fast in the SoCo Crawlers club, so I figured it's about time to make a branch of SoCo Crawlers for scale rigs and GTG's. This is not a separated group from them just a few guys that like to play with the realistic side of this hobby. It's kinda hard for class 1 rig to follow a Wraith's line. This is geared for guys that want to take it slow and easy. One's who like to watch/navigate their small tired, non articulating, top heavy, accessories falling off after every bump rig down a trail that's within the realm of the rigs capabilities. It get's really slow when we get "geeky" and pull the GoPro's out also.
We'll still run with the SoCo Crawlers a few times a month...it's just getting harder to please the "scale" guys and "crawler" guys in the same run...especially for how big the club has gotten over the past few months. So it's probably best we split up a little so we don't piss off any hiker/bikers with 20+ rigs on the trail.

So if this sounds like "fun" to you then post up and make yourself known...yes you lurker!

So let's see some Colorado scale love!"thumbsup"

Well dont have my scaler built yet, but i do have the definition of a scale 1.9 crawler. No 2.2 with wraith shocks on an scx frame monster trucking about bashing around. Cause lets be honest. 2.2s on an scx is like guys with hondas. Nobody likes them.

I like how the bed/cage turned out along with the fairlead setup and cb antennas...Nice and clean...now all she needs is some color. If you go the cms route I recommend the Hand Bros cms kit..$.02

Making a cleaner draft and figure out what lines to take, still gotta figure out the back corners and the sides all the way to the top bars, then a final draft and figure materials and mounting options!

Either this way or right behind the cab, both look scale from all the yota rigs i've seen on the trails over the the years. I like right behind the cab, and the truck will preform the best with it right there.
