I'm trying to find a good source of small plastic spools...basically i want those little 1-2 oz solder spools (like the small radio shack solder spools). But empty, no solder.

Anybody have an idea where I can find a good source for them?

Closest thing I found was bobbins for sewing machines, but those are too small.

Just come to my house. Any time I need teflon tape the damned spool is empty. It wouldn't take long to get that 100 if I start doing plumbing work.

I used to purchase some from mossberg industries. They manufacture tons of different sizes and styles, it may be worth a call or email to them. I know they have more sizes than what their webpage shows but I'd say if they do not make them small enough they would know where to refer you.

Yea, all those are way too big, looking for like a 2" flange, 5/8" wide

THis is a great place for packaging and stuff, I've bought from them before and they are quality product and service...dunno if they have what you're looking for though.
