I won this truck at the ECSC in August on a ticket draw, I started the build and did not like the way the suspension worked! without the spring loaded shocks the shackles just folded up and the leaf springs did nothing!

On the front I moved the shackles to the rear.

You just can't drill the old frame hole, you will break though the bottom I milled and then drilled a #20 drill

On the rear I moved the shackle block back .310ths and drilled new hole for shackle bolt

This is my new Tcase mount over 1/2'' more ground clearance.

The leafs will help do the job!

Being friends with Goldwing has its perks!!

On a stock TF2 you'll have to space up the battery tray around 3/16 to clear the Tcase output.

You can see the advantages!

Very nice, you could sell a lot of these T-case mounts if you were to produce them.

The spring modifications worked well, single spring with no shocks holds up the rig, The tapered wedges leveled out the axles.

Glad to see those axle shims you made, fit under the U-bolt kit. Wasn't sure if the U-bolts would be long enough to use a set of
RC4WD's shims to change pinion angel. Just ordered a set myself last week, but I'm using multiple leafs so they still may not work for me.

I have the wedge and 2 leafs, I used reguler nuts, maybe enough room for 1 more leaf
