Toyota axles

so in this picture you can see my truck on the left.. i scored the toyota axles off ebay some time back and they have been ok

Recently (this past weekend) the rear end stripped out so i ordered what i believe to be the correct ring and pinion set up
RC4C0059 RC4WD Helical Gear Set 1/10 Yota Axle
So that should be taken care of

My question is for the front though, you see how my front diff is more to the drivers side and the Tcase output is on the passenger side.. its not allowing it to flex correctly and is rubbing.. Its a HG P407 chassis and transmisson

Any thing i can do about this ?

What is rubbing? Driveshaft bottom out and limit flex maybe?

Ya but is pretty damn close all the time.. Transmission has some rub marks on it from the driveshaft and it has to be limiting it from flexing the rest of the way
