Savox 900oz servo

Yup, sorry, Horn and Arm are interchangeable. It looks as Francis is using a longer horn than 20/25mm

Hang up and Drive
Even if it was longer then 25mm, which is doesn't look like it is, maybe 5mm at most, he still is comparing servo to servo with the same horn, so if some are meeting and even beating their claims, the ones that fall short, are going to fall short no matter how you compare/test them. But honestly I was surprised the 2290 didn't pull more. I'd be more inclined to believe all his info if he would test something like 5 of each servo, just incase the one he's testing has an issue.

He's not changed the length of the servo horn though. Look at the video again, it's a standard length servo horn.

The stick analogy doesn't work because the leverage is all on the servo horn, the linkage length is irrelevant, the linkage is not a lever in his test, the servo horn is.
We were talking about the servo horn, I didn't even mention linkage.

Testing was the same, and I’m also surprised /skeptical about the 2290.
But I don’t think he played favorites .

I think he should test again with a different 2290. I find it hard to believe Savox would exaggerate the rating by 400 ounces, that woukd be completely unacceptable.

So has anyone picked up a waterproof version yet? I picked up a 2290 from my LHS today and didn't even notice it was the WP version till I got home haha
