Official WiRCRC Chit Chat

I just recycle the old builds with new parts. I have another set of Boom Racing Pro Build adjustable offset wheels coming (chrome on chrome), 2 bodies and some Pro-Line Krawler T/A G8 compound tires to play with. I hope I get my money's worth of crawling this year.

Did you order the full Pheonix body with cage and bed sides? Since I already had one on the way, I'll have to change things up a bit. I was trying to get a straight answer from IERC as to which HLP full flatbed would work with the GSpeed V3 chassis, but still not 100%.

A set of Dravtech shocks are on the way for the Rock Pirates Interceptor rig, and possibly a body swap to the Creep body. It seems to fit well with the sliders and Hard Lines bed. My Boom Racing order seems to be stalled at "Label created". Frustrating.

Shock assembly. Yay. Might have to tackle this later.

*Edit* After attempting assembly with those damned snaprings and failing multiple times, I re-watched Dravtech's video and ordered the recommended snapring pliers. Last time I built a set I used an awl and harpooned myself pretty good. Live and learn.

Building shocks is gotta be the worst job.:x:roll: No that's not the body I have coming. https://a.co/d/ekerZSc

It's a dangerous sport.:lmao:

Yes, please!

You could build a Matt's Off Road Recovery truck.

Diggin' it. I guess we'll have matching beds. That Corvair body was definitely made popular by Matt's Offroad. I didn't know it existed till his videos. And yes, I'm on the waiting list. I have a lonely old CMAX chassis that needs a lid. Parts are trickling in and progress is being made on 3 rigs for 2023 (making up for lost time). "thumbsup"

#1: TGH V3 chassis w/VP axles (bought a year ago), most likely a Cliffhanger body and IERC bed. Hardcore RC high clearance links, Dravtech shocks, Stealth OD trans, BFG Krawlers.

#2: Rock Pirates Interceptor build, adding Dravtechs shocks and a Creep body. Almost everything else swapped from the old 10-2 Blazer.

#3: Reborn GMade BOM. 10-2 axles (new), rear steer, 3 gear Axial trans, pretty much stock everything else. Body, cage, lights f/r, lightbar.

I thought this was pretty slick. Laydown mount for the "old school" Axial 3 gear trans. IERC will be releasing it soon.
Groundfox has been making this for a while now. Got one I don't plan on using it if you want to take it off my hands.
