1/10 Utility Trailer

Haha make one of those cabella's bucket heads. A thimble painted white a little piece of plastic bag and an orthodonic rubber band. All you'd have to fab is a lid. Might be scale hard without actually seeing your work. Just an alcohol induced vision.lol

I remember seeing a build thread for microgoats camper, but it might have been on scale4x4, I honestly don't remember. pardonmynoob also did a great RV build, it was based on a Toyota style RV chassis.

this thing is coming right along russ, hope to see this out at a WARCRC event sometime!! great work!!"thumbsup"

Thanks Blake. I don't have a truck to run at the present time. I sold Black and Yellow and my Honcho to fund my current project. And I have my radio and K44 housing at RC4WD for replacement and I still need a few more parts before the truck is ready to run. Maybe I'll make the November comp at the Game Farm. Hope to have the camper done by then. "thumbsup"

Snowman, I just stumbled across this. EPIC thread! I appreciate the long term build and making it perfect in time. Family comes first, killer builds follow. Stunning attention to detail. Subscribed from now on."thumbsup"

Thanks Bulldog! Well I have had some extra time and was able to get some work done. I started the siding process and installing the windows. I also made a new ladder that still needs to be painted.

Now hopefully I can finish it up and get back to my truck project. Then finish that up and start a fifth wheel..."thumbsup"

Amazing truck and camper. I am seriously blown away at your attention to detail. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to your updates on this build and your planned 5th wheel build.

Thank you for all the kind words guys. I stopped by my local Goodwill to see what I could find. I picked up a fire truck and a tank. They have tons of little doohickies that can be cut out and used for exhaust ports, gauges, ac unit radiators, and so much more. First I stripped the fire truck down an =d kept the parts I wanted. I then cut an area out that has two circular port that look very similar to the exhaust outlets you'd see on a camper. I wrapped them up in some styrene, added a little paint and I'm good to go. Next I found the tank had radiators on the back and cut them out. After finagling around a bit I put together an ac unit. I'll be working on these little details gizmos over the weekend.

Now some pics!

When I first clicked on this thread and seen your trailer (it came out great by the way) you said you didn't have the patients to make it look rusty. After seeing this camper I don't believe you, I think your just holding back so you don't make the rest of us look so bad.:ror: This is Awesome! Keep it up.
